The Marketing & Sourcing Specialist is a dual-role
position responsible for leading Keystone Funding’s marketing initiatives
across both the wholesale and retail divisions, while also supporting
recruiting and market research efforts for the sales organization.
This is a hands-on, high-impact position for a skilled
marketing professional who wants to play a foundational role in the company’s
next phase of growth. The individual will serve as Keystone’s sole dedicated
marketing team member, managing everything from digital content creation and
brand visibility to identifying and sourcing top talent and broker prospects in
target markets.
While this role directly supports the Executive Vice
President of Sales and the company’s overall sales strategy, it does not carry
sales responsibilities. The focus is on marketing execution and research-driven
sourcing that empowers the sales team to expand Keystone’s reach and impact.
• Proven experience in marketing, content
creation, or brand management.
• Strong creative and technical skills in
video production, editing, and storytelling.
• Excellent written and verbal
communication with a strong sense of brand voice.
• Organized multitasker with the ability to
manage competing priorities independently.
• Experience with social media management
tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.).
• Understanding of lead sourcing, data
research, or recruiting tools preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,
Communications, or related field preferred.
Marketing Execution (Wholesale & Retail Divisions)
• Develop and manage Keystone’s marketing
strategy and content calendar for both divisions.
• Create, film, and edit videos, posts, and
campaigns highlighting brokers, company culture, loan programs, and community
involvement.
• Manage
all company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok,
YouTube), ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
• Write, design, and schedule content using
tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, or comparable platforms.
• Support marketing for key initiatives such
as recruitment drives, product rollouts, company announcements, and recognition
programs.
• Track engagement, reach, and conversion
metrics, providing actionable insights and regular performance reports.
Recruiting & Market Sourcing Support
• Research and identify potential loan
officer, Account Executive, and broker candidates in key markets across the
country.
• Develop and maintain prospect lists and
sourcing reports to support recruiting and business development.
• Support the Executive Vice President of
Sales by researching markets, competitors, and emerging opportunities that
align with company growth goals.
• Assist in developing outbound outreach
materials, presentations, and campaigns for recruitment and business expansion.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support
onboarding and engagement initiatives for new hires or brokers.
