Job Description
Purpose: Build and manage the recruiting pipeline for all sales
channels by driving research, sourcing, social visibility, and pipeline
organization so leadership can focus on closing candidates.
Skills
2–5
years in research, recruiting operations, or sales support (mortgage
experience preferred).
Highly
organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with CRMs,
spreadsheets, and social platforms.
Strong
communication and follow-through.
Responsibilities
Market
Mapping: Research competitors, retail branches, and AEs;
maintain updated databases of potential candidates and influencers.
Sourcing: Identify
and engage potential loan officers, branch managers, AEs, and industry
influencers through LinkedIn, NMLS data, Facebook/industry groups, and
association lists.
Pipeline
Management: Maintain CRM/ATS for recruiting leads; ensure
timely updates, clean data, and regular reporting.
Social
& Brand Support: Monitor industry social spaces, surface
opportunities, and assist with candidate engagement content in partnership
with marketing.
Scheduling
& Coordination: Set up introductory calls, prepare candidate
summaries, and track follow-ups for leadership.
