Primary Responsibilities: Senior Underwriter
- Review new and existing condo projects and documentation received to insurance compliance with Agency guidelines including Conventional, USDA, FHA & VA
- Contact Homeowners Association with questions regarding documentation received
- Communicate with internal team members and external broker partners with any issues related to the Condo projects approval
- Issue warranties or denials for condo projects
- Use Fannie CPM and submit for PERs approval
- Submit documentation to VA for condo projects approvals
- Submit documentation to FHA for single unit approvals
- Assist in getting KFI delegated for HUD DELRAP condo approvals and conduct reviews once in place
Education and Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of the wholesale mortgage lending business
- A proven history of building successful relationships with producing mortgage brokers
